Y-6020 Electric grease pump machine comprises a machine frame, a barrel
cover, an electric pump, grease gun, high pressure hose, and other parts.
For 0# to 2# grease without the pressure plate can smoothly into the case, if
use the pressure plate for grease but will make the grease on the turn, causing
inconvenience and grease pollution.
When using of 3# grease is suggested the use of the pressure plate for grease,
which makes work more smoothly.
In cold regions, using 2#grease is sometimes also suggested the use of the
pressure plate for grease.
IV. Using and Maintenance of the equipment.
1).Using of Equipment:
1. The cover buckled on the grease barrel, insert the electric grease pump
and tighten screws ( below).
2.Connect the 24V DC/110V/220VAC power supply.
3.Rotary switch, Then the motor is started, the plunger pump can make
reciprocating motion.
Note:
The device begins to work normally, gradually filled with grease pipeline, grease
pressure gradually increased to reach pressure switch adjustment of grease
pressure, the automatic shutdown of the motor, which make the grease pressure
equilibrium, when the grease reaches the setting value, as long as the trigger is
pressed the grease gun, high pressure grease can be poured from the nozzle tip,
with the grease output,grease pressure is reduced, the pressure switch is
automatically closed again, motor priming pump to supplement grease output,
when the grease pressure maximum value and full of pipeline, pump and
automatic stop reciprocating motion. In the pressure maximum value when the
need to check all connection parts have leakage, do the work, can carry out the
- 4 -filling operation.
2)Maintenance of the equipment:
