General description
Our company manufactures various models and specifications of pneumatic grease oil filling machine, electric grease/oil
machine, mobile grease/oil kit ;hose reels and foam cleaning machine series and other equipment, widely used in the
automotive industry and agricultural machinery and other machinery equipment oil, cleaning, beauty repair, maintenance
and other services.
Attention:
1, this machine can use 0#,1#,2# lubricating grease, 3# grease is limited to temperature above
20°C.
2,When replacing the grease drum, turn off the power, turn off the grease gun, and remove
the plug if it is safe to do so.
3,Keep pump and pressure plate clean.
Effective replacement method:
1,
1, loosen the screw on the side of the barrel cover before removing the barrel cover of
the pump.
2,
Place the pressure plate in the bucket, force it into the lubricating grease, put the
pressure spring, so that the grease is drained out of the hole in the center of the
pressure plate.
3,
Push the pump through the hole in the grease pressure plate and secure it with screws.
Warning!! Pumping and flammable and corrosive liquids are prohibited.

Scope of application:
All kinds of production workshop equipment refueling, chemical industry, steel, machinery,
coal mine, automobile, bearing, railway, motor and other industries equipment maintenance
lubrication. Not suitable for continuous production line operation.
Attention:
1, the pressure is adjusted before the factory, the pressure should not exceed:
250BAR, generally 100-200BAR
2, the pressure regulator is turned up clockwise and turned down anticlockwise.
When not refueling, please turn off the power switch, open the grease gun, and drain
the grease in the hose, which can extend the service life of the grease seal of
the grease pipe and the grease gun.
3. When the machine works continuously for 1 hour, it must stop and rest for 20 minutes
before continuing to work.
